The countywide average property tax rates used in conjunction with the GPLET program are shown below. These rates are only for properties subject to the Excise Tax Rates in Rate Chart B and only in the initial (i.e., the first) year of a lease. A “base” excise tax rate reduction may be applied if the calculated property tax percentage is less than 90 percent of the countywide average property tax rate.
