ADOR is aware that some small business income taxpayers received a billing notice even though their overpayment from the individual income tax return is larger than the tax due from the small business income return. Please be advised that the Department is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Pursuant to ARS 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Economic Estimates Commission and to general public that the Economic Estimates Commission will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held virtual hosting in Google Meets.
Members of public who wish to attend the meeting should join the meeting using the following options:
