ADOR relocates East Valley office to City of Mesa Customer Service Center

The Arizona Department of Revenue’s East Valley satellite office has relocated to better serve taxpayers.

ADOR customer service agents are now assisting taxpayers out of the City of Mesa Customer Service Center, 55 N Center Street.

“When the agency asked customers where they would prefer a new East Valley location, the overwhelming response was to keep services in the Mesa area,” said Arizona Department of Revenue Interim Director Carlton Woodruff. “On behalf of the Department of Revenue, I want to thank City of Mesa officials for their partnership in this successful relocation.”

“We look forward to working closely with the Department of Revenue in providing a convenient location for local businesses and those in neighboring communities to interact with customer services agents in dealing with tax issues,” said City of Mesa Chief Financial Officer, Michael Kennington. “This is a win-win for ADOR, the City of Mesa and our shared customers.”

The new satellite location offers license and registration services including:

  • Processing of transaction privilege tax (TPT) license applications.
  • Payment processing for all tax types.
  • General TPT return questions and assistance.
  • AZTaxes.gov education and assistance.

Hours of operation are: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. – 12 noon on Fridays.

The new ADOR East Valley office replaces the previous satellite location in Mesa, which served more than 3,000 customers a month.

For all other services, please visit ADOR at the Revenue Building in Phoenix, 1600 W Monroe St. or at the agency’s Tucson Southern Regional Office, 400 W Congress.

Taxpayers also can go to the Arizona Department of Revenue’s website at www.azdor.gov for information.
