Requesting Copies of Tax Documents?

The Arizona Department of Revenue has changed the number of days it will take to process your request for copies of tax documents.  Please allow 10 days for processing after the department receives your request instead of the previously stated 30 days.  Form 450 Request for Copies of Tax Documents has been updated on the department’s website.
