Olga Lazo

Olga Lazo has served as Chief Human Resources Officer for ADOR since 2019. She joined the agency in 2015 as Personnel Analyst II, handling all FMLA and Benefits and assisted with Employee Relations matters. Within a year, Olga took on additional responsibility in Employee Relations and major projects. By 2017, she became the HR Operations Manager.

Olga began her Human Resources career in HR in 2011 with JPMorgan & Chase in a Recruiting position. In 2013, she accepted an HR opportunity with Amazon and was there for several years.

Olga earned her Master of Human Resources from the Keller School of Management.
