Rogelio Martinez

Rogelio Martinez is the Office of Continuous Improvement Administrator and worked for the State of Arizona for over a decade. Prior to joining the Arizona Department of Revenue, he was fortunate to work for the Arizona Department of Health Services, the Industrial Commission of Arizona, and the Arizona Department of Water Resources.

The Office of Continuous Improvement is responsible for developing the continuous improvement and lean leadership skills of the agency's daily operations. Rogelio earned a Master’s of Public Health from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Biomedical Informatics from Arizona State University. He received two Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and in Nutrition Science.
