Bill Ritz

Bill Ritz has served as ADOR’s Legislative Liaison since 2017.

Prior to working at ADOR, Bill spent 11 years with the Arizona State Senate, the majority of which was as a Legislative Research Analyst for the Senate Research Department. During his time in Senate Research, Bill was responsible for staffing the Finance, Banking and Insurance, and Veterans and Government Affairs committees.

Bill is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government.
