Jill Brown

Jill Brown joined ADOR in June 2023 and is responsible for designing and executing transformational talent strategies that nurture an inspirational workplace culture, support the advancement of broader business objectives, and enable ADOR to hire, train, engage, develop, grow, and retain the best, brightest, and most passionate people to help ADOR realize its mission to Arizona Taxpayers.

Before joining ADOR, Jill was Chief Human Resources Officer at FSL, before that at Childhelp, Banner Health, Pain Doctor Management Co, Off Madison Avenue, International Cruise and Excursions, Choice Hotels International, and AIG/SunAmerica Securities. As a consultant, Jill has worked with organizations including Cisco Learning Systems, Ashton Tiffany, Casa Grande High School District, and The Householder Group. In her spare time, she mentors HR professionals along the leadership track and entrepreneurs as a MicroMentor volunteer and enjoys motivational and educational speaking.

Jill is a graduate of Ottawa University with a master’s degree in human resources management, possesses a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University, is a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR), a certified executive and personal coach (CPEC), a NASM-certified personal trainer (CPT) and an NASM-certified nutrition coach (CNC).
