Ranbir Samra

Ranbir Samra holds the position of Chief Information Officer at ADOR. Prior to joining ADOR, Ranbir served as the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering and Operations at DAS Technology, a Scottsdale based company delivering digital response and engagement software products upon an AI-powered Customer Data and Experience (CDXP) platform. In addition to leading the product, data, and cloud engineering teams at DAS Technology, he was also responsible for technology operations.

Over the span of a decade before that, Ranbir spearheaded digital transformation initiatives in healthcare as SVP of Digital Engineering at CommonSpirit Health, as CTO of the ‘Office of Digital’ organization at Dignity Health, and as the product architecture lead for the Nevada’s HIX (Healthcare Exchange) SaaS products. Ranbir has been constructing and leading technology teams in startup, medium, and large organizations for over 20 years that have built a range of software products and platforms including enterprise software, B2B and B2C SaaS web & mobile, cloud native product-platforms, data, analytics, and AI.  His diverse experiences span multiple technology, strategy, and product functions, various industry verticals, private and public organizations, and roles in both corporate leadership as well as management consulting.

Ranbir holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in MIS from the University of South Dakota along with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Panjab Ag. University.
