Notice of Intent to Release Levy in Full

Payment in full with Cash or Certified Funds

Upon receipt of Cash or Certified Funds a letter of Notice of Release Levy will be provided to the taxpayer within 24 hours. The Notice of Release Levy will be sent to the Employer or Bank within 24 hours of receiving payment in full.

Payment Online

Upon receipt of payment in full, a letter of Notice of Intent to Release Levy will be provided to the taxpayer within 2-3 days. Once payment in full is posted a letter of Notice of Intent to Release Levy will be sent to the employer and the bank within 2-3 days.

Note: Default of payment agreement may lead to a Notice of Levy.
