TPT License Renewal: The Arizona Department of Revenue is advising businesses to renew their transaction privilege tax (TPT) licenses, which are due January 1, 2023, and penalties will be assessed for all renewals after January 31.

Nonresident Personal Income Tax Form -- Calculating (use the 140 X & Y Table for the current year)

Form is used by non-residents to report income derived from Arizona sources and related expenses, allowable deductions and credits. 

 

This fillable is for taxpayers who want a form that does the math for you.

If needing to enter the small business income amount, and filing a Form 140NR-SBI, please use the non-calculating fillable Form 140NR.
