Notice of Classification of Partially Completed or Vacant Improvement

Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute § 42-12051, this form is to be used to notify the Assessor that a land parcel contains either a partially completed or vacant improvement and that it should be classified according to its intended use (residential, commercial, etc.).
