Nonrefundable Corporate Tax Credits and Recapture

Filed to corporations to summarize non-refundable credits claimed on their income tax return.  If a non-refundable credit is claimed, Form 300 AND the appropriate credit form must be completed and included with the corporate taxpayer's income tax return.
