Developing a dedicated folder for tax-related documents makes it easier to prepare a tax return and helps if you are audited or receive a notice.

Taxpayers can file now and schedule payments up until the deadline.

The Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) reminds transaction privilege tax filers that monthly returns are due.  Filing before the deadline is highly encouraged in the event assistance is required.

Co-Owners of Teakwoods to pay nearly $3 million in restitution and fines and serve jail time for failing to pay tax.

Phoenix, AZ–The former owners of Teakwoods, a restaurant with one location in Gilbert and another in Chandler, were convicted of three felonies each related to a multi-year scheme to evade paying certain Arizona transaction privilege tax (TPT), withholding tax, and individual income tax.

Phoenix, AZ—The Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) urges businesses to pay their past 2023 Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License renewal fees or additional penalties will apply. This week, ADOR will be sending renewal billing letters to businesses with overdue renewal fees. Renewals were due on January 1, 2023.
