Amendments or Special Provisions
1. Adopted Appendix IV.
2. On May 2, 2023, the Mayor and Council of the City of Show Low passed and adopted Ordinance No. 2023-22 to amend the city tax code by removing Model Option 6, which thereby allows for the establishment of a new Hotel/Motel Additional tax. The rate is established at three percent (3.0%) and has an effective date of July 1, 2023.
