Amendments or Special Provisions

1. Have a 1.00% rate on sales or purchases of tangible personal property sold at retail exceeding $1,500 per item. (Local Option V). Effective September 1, 2010, sales or purchases of tangible personal property sold at retail exceeding $1,500 per item shall be taxed at the city's general TPT rate.

2. Adopted Appendix IV.

3. Impose an additional 1.00% bed tax. Impose an additional 3% bed tax (effective September 1. 2011).
