The Voluntary Disclosure Program is available to businesses that have determined they have nexus with Arizona and want to come into compliance with transactions privilege tax (TPT), use tax, income tax and withholding tax laws.
The Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) is informing businesses that sell new tires of upcoming changes to the fee imposed on the sale of motor vehicle tires.

A transaction privilege tax license (TPT) is used for collecting and remitting state, county, and city taxes. Businesses licensed with the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) were required to renew their TPT license by January 1, 2025. Penalties and/or late fees will apply to renewals received after January 31, 2025.
