Property Management and Residential Rental Tax Workshop
The Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) cordially invites you to attend a Property Management and Residential Rental Tax Workshop.
This is a course for property managers and residential rental companies. The topics include: AZTaxes related to PMCs and their filing requirements. A hands on tool will be provided at this workshop for PMCs to have a clear understanding as well as hands on experience to assist with filing and remittance of tax with ADOR.
This is a B.Y.O.D – a bring your own electronic device workshop!
Once signed up, please bring your electronic device (iPhone, tablet, iPad, etc.) which will permit you to log on and enter your PMC number for hands on help with filing.
