TPT License Renewal: The Arizona Department of Revenue is advising businesses to renew their transaction privilege tax (TPT) licenses, which are due January 1, 2023, and penalties will be assessed for all renewals after January 31.

Arizona Corporate Income Tax Highlights

Electronic filing of Arizona corporate income tax returns is required for the 2020 taxable year. 

 

Electronic Funds Transfer

Corporations are required to pay their tax liability by electronic funds transfer (EFT) if the corporation owes:

  • $5,000 or more for any taxable year beginning from and after December 31, 2019 through December 31, 2020 or,
  • $500 or more for any taxable year beginning from and after December 31, 2020.
