Prop 208: On March 11, 2022, the Maricopa Superior Court ruled that Proposition 208 is unconstitutional and permanently barred collection of the surcharge. For more information, click here.

Phoenix, AZ—For taxpayers unable to pay their individual income tax liability in full, the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) offers a convenient way to request a payment plan and manage their liability through the AZTaxes.gov website under the Individual menu, select Request a Payment Plan.
