Arizona has moved the individual income taxes deadline to May 17, 2021, without penalties and interest. The deadline for first quarter tax year 2021 individual estimated tax payments remains April 15, 2021.

Reminder: Last Chance for 2021 Transaction Privilege Tax License Renewals

The Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) is prompting businesses to renew their TPT licenses, which are due January 1, 2021.

TPT licenses are valid for one calendar year, from January 1 through December 31. Licenses renewed within the calendar year must still be renewed at the start of the following calendar year.

Clifton Business Accused of Fraudulent Schemes

PHOENIX - On October 5, 2020, the State Grand Jury handed down a 17 count indictment against Jackie Marie Norton, the owner operator of PJ’s Café in Clifton, Arizona, alleging fraudulent schemes and artifices, failure to file TPT returns, and forgery for collecting transaction privilege taxes and payroll taxes from her customers and employees that she failed to remit to the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Arizona Department of Revenue Auctions Off Unclaimed Property Items

The Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) will hold a public auction of unclaimed property from abandoned safe deposit boxes beginning Thursday, December 10.

The sale will take place online only and will feature the contents of safe deposit boxes (which include jewelry, coins, currency, and a variety of collectible items) that have not been claimed for many years.

Mass Mailing of Form TPT-EZ Discontinued
