2009 Arizona Exempt Organization Information
House Bill 2287 allows employees to request that their employer reduce their withholding by the amount of the tax credit the employee will qualify for and be entitled to claim for contributions to charitable organizations when filing their tax return. The A1-C – Arizona Charitable Withholding Statement can be found by clicking on the Forms tab on the left side of the screen. Please read the Information Sheet found on the Withholding Tax Page for a description of this change.
Due to budget constraints, the Arizona Department of Revenue is no longer accepting orders for tax forms. The 2009 tax forms will be available for download from the department’s website beginning the week of December 14, 2009. Please visit our Forms Page.
Senate Bill 1185 amended the amounts required to be withheld for Arizona withholding purposes. The Form A-4 that is effective on January 1, 2010 can be found by clicking on the Forms tab on the left side of the screen.
